Origins

My path has taken a few unexpected turns, but every step has taught me, helped me grow, and shown me how to support others. Working in quantum hypnotherapy, angelic reiki, and massage therapy, I’ve found real meaning in assisting people reconnect with themselves and move toward healing and balance.

Since I was young, I’ve been fascinated by the mysteries of the mind and the energies that move through all of us. This curiosity led me to quantum hypnotherapy, where I help people explore their inner worlds. Over time, I added angelic reiki and massage therapy to my toolkit, blending gentle energy work with hands-on support to meet people where they are.

To me, healing is all about connection—first with ourselves, and then with each other and the world around us. Communication in any form is what makes real understanding (and change) possible. My work with Light Languages has opened new ways to connect, and I love introducing clients to these unique forms of self-expression and energy alignment.

I’m also a traveller at heart, and exploring the world has brought me so much perspective and gratitude. Meeting people from all walks of life has only deepened my belief that everyone is looking for connection, acceptance, and a sense of well-being.

Sports have played a big part in my life, especially basketball. I am both a player and a coach, and these experiences have taught me the value of teamwork, discipline, and getting back up after setbacks. Coaching and working as a personal trainer show me how movement can be a source of confidence and joy, and I try to bring that spirit into every part of my work.

All these experiences come together in my hope to help others find healing, connection, and fulfilment. Whether it’s through a session, a conversation, or just a shared laugh, I’m here to encourage people to remember their strengths and how much is possible.
